Sad news to report Dear Patients As of March 15, 2010 I will be moving my practice to Mount Pleasant Internal Medicine located at 897 Von Kolnitz Road. I have enjoyed working with Rex for the past 2 years, but feel that the move is necessary in order for my practice to continue growing. If you decide to give me the privilege of continuing to be your physician, you will need to come by Lowcountry Healthcare and sign a release form that will allow me to take your chart with me to my new practice. If you would like to continue to receive your care at Lowcountry Healthcare, and have Dr. Rex Morgan to be your physician, then do nothing. Have no fear, all is well in the Morgan household. To quote Tom Hanks from You've Got Mai, "It's not personal, it's business".
